All partners have expertise in different fields ranging from pedagogy to practice-oriented research to advocacy for specific areas. This allowed for diverse, cross-disciplinary work and a good prerequisite for developing high-quality products. Using a variety of educational methods, KomPAD aimed to raise awareness of, educate about, and counteract anti-Black racism in Germany. As a nationwide institution, the network supported a commitment to democracy and diversity building.
